Our story
Why S2 exists
For years, working in this trade meant watching decisions get made for speed, not standard. Materials chosen because they were quick, not right. Jobs rushed instead of finished properly. No matter how hard the work, there was never any real room to grow - just another name on someone else's job sheet.
So Samuel Sutherland built something different.
S2 Plumbing & Gas exists because this area deserves a company that turns up, does exactly what it says it will, and stands behind the work long after the van's gone. One that gives every job the time it actually needs, uses the materials it actually deserves, and treats every client's home like it matters - because it does.
We're proud to be part of the community we grew up in. That means creating local jobs people can build a career on, and giving homeowners and businesses across the area a company they can rely on for the long run - not just for one job, but for every job after it too.
